Absolutely! You can sign up for a 15-day trial account and start designing immediately. Trisetra gives you complete access to our public room library, so you can freely explore and unleash all your creative ideas. Enjoy the full experience of designing with Trisetra during the trial period!
Do I need to download anything to start using Trisetra Décor?
Not at all! Trisetra is 100% online, all you need is a strong internet connection. Just sign up and activate your account.
Once subscribed, can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your account to any plan and maintain access to all of your existing projects.
Can I stop my subscription at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time up to the last day of the billing cycle, defined by the date you signed up for a paid plan. Once cancelled, you will still be able to use Trisetra Décor until the last day of the billing period.
What happens to my unused 3D room reconstructions?
If you subscribed to a Individual or Small Business, offer then free reconstructions don’t roll over from one month to the next and unused monthly reconstructions expire.This does not apply to additional reconstructions purchased which will remain until they are used with no expiration.
Can I cancel or change my plans anytime?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in your Trisetra account. However, please note that any plan changes will take effect after the current billing period ends. Also, there are no refunds for unused partial months of service upon cancellation.
